New Home Design
Do you have a new home or interested in renovating your home? Our Home Design Service combines selected bespoke furniture, curated fabrics and finishes, and our professional design advice, to help you create the room or home of your dreams.
You will work directly with a dedicated member of our interiors team, who will visit your home and meet you in our showroom, to devise, size and create your dream space.
Our Home Design Service includes floor plans, mood boards and costings per room, bringing together many design elements in one simple bespoke plan. We have an extensive range of hand-crafted furniture, luxurious fabrics, stylish accessories, gorgeous color charts and design templates for you to choose from.
Bespoke Home Design
To create exceptional homes with real character, we look at both the bigger picture and the finer detail. We create more than interior design concepts, we design, craft, produce and install projects to a turn-key finish
Brief
We start by discussing your requirements and aspirations. During the brief stage we take the time to learn about how you wish to use the property. We would need to understand your time scale, budget, structural changes and all other requirements during this meeting. Once we have gathered all of this information, we will start preparing our cost proposal with an estimated budget for design concepts, FF&E and all other fees involved.
Concept
Once the scope of works and an outline budget are approved, we work closely with you to ensure your aspirations are reflected in our design. We will also prepare a full proposal for the project including floor plans, furniture layouts, interior mood boards, furniture suggestions, joinery concepts and details any structural changes to be made.
Fit-out
Once concepts and budget are agreed we move into detailed design work. We prepare and present all final selections, drawings and plans for everything included in your project and then present a final proposal and itemised breakdown of costs. We also discuss the schedule of works including timelines on the production of goods and when the project will commence.
Our team of white-glove installers will fit and position every piece of furniture. We handle all your deliveries, positioning, assembling, installation, hanging and removal of all boxes and packaging.
Interior Styling Service
Clients can also avail of our luxury interior styling service. We offer this as an additional package, designed to help layer in those special final details in your home. We will create a full home-accessories proposal, where we would introduce a collection of individual pieces which may include artwork, some objects, throws, accessories and tableware to complete your home and make it uniquely yours.
